Our Design Process

Landmark's specialty is to offer one stop service from Concept to Construction. We are renowned for our handling of entire projects from feasibility, through design to completion.

Our process eliminates the potential disconnect between different entities such as individual Architects, Designers and Contractors. The process starts with our special consultative process which blends the client's needs and priorities with our construction and architecture know-how. Through our interaction with the client, Landmark is able to develop different possibilities, present those to clients and continuously hone projects until everyone is satisfied with the proposed concept design. Once this concept design is approved, Landmark develops an entire project document package, which includes budgets, contract form, specifications addendums, etc., and then submits it to the client for further review. After the owner approves the design and budget, Landmark converts the budgets into a "fixed price" contract, which is beneficial for everyone.

Our design professionals use the most advanced software to produce accurate plans and extremely realistic renderings, 3-d views, and even the ability to "walk-through" your proposed project. Our design interaction does not stop with construction though, we believe that every project is evolving until the last detail is finished. Landmark affords for design changes during construction, since with any great idea, change and evolution is beneficial. Our professionals have daily contact with the project from "day one" to "day completion", ensuring construction is implemented in the best way possible.
